DUTCH CHAMPIONSHIP BLOOD TRACKING, SOMEREN - HEIDE

A couple of weeks ago Kyle received an invitation for the Dutch Championship blood tracking.
This competition is for the 8 best gun dogs of the Netherlands, who received a CACT in 2013 and which was organized of the VVDD.
The track was +/- 600m / 44 hours old and judged like a Schweissverbandsprüfung.
Wohooo, it was very difficult in case of dense bushes, lots of undergrowth and many many temptation (of rabbits, deers and others).
From the 8 dogs only 4 found the wild boar at the end.
And our stunning boy Kyle was one of them!
Kyle received the qualification good, III. price.
With this result Kyle finished his very first season FT blood tracking as
the 4th best gun dog of the Netherlands.
And he is the only Weimaraner SH in the NL with 2 qualifications on a track like this.
How proud you can be? Wohooo, I can tell you we are very proud and happy of our amazing boy.

A WONDERFUL DAY OF HUNTING
On friday 13-12-2013 we received an invitation for hunting.
In case that I always go with our both boys hunting I decided to leave Kyle with Arthur at home, for having a nice day together.
Btw, it was still a reason to leave Kyle at home :-(
He was injured during hare hunting and was walking in a split and need to be calm.
So I went hunting for the very first time only with Sam.
What a new experience to only have one grey ghost around you.
Sam did an incredible job and I was so proud of him.
He received lots of compliments of the hunters and at the end of the day we received some more invitations.
Yeah, that's our way of life :-)
KYLE IS WAITING FOR HIS CHRISTMAS PRESENT...........
Around Christmas time Kyle will meet his new girl friend.
She is a beautiful grey girl with an exciting pedigree.

Our boy Int. CH C.I.B., Multi CH AALTO Just Weimaraner Sv, Wa, Zw-F I., Zw-C II., Zw-E I. "Kyle" had a very succesful FT blood tracking year 2013.
With the CACT Kyle belongs to the 8 best hunting dogs of the Netherlands (over all breeds of FT blood tracking who are having a full CACT).
Yesterday Kyle & I received a very special invitation of the Deutsch Drahthaar Club, who organised a Championship FT blood tracking 500m / 40-44 hours with CACT for these 8 hunting dogs in december.

Today, our handsome boy DEEP FOREST Just Weimaraner Sv, Zw-F I., Zw-C II., "Sam" is celebrating his 3rd birthday.
Times flies so fast.........
Sam is not any more a puppy, he's an amazing hunting dog and it is such a pleasure to work with him.

Sam was the only dog out of 8 who found the deer.
(1x Große Münsterländer 1x Weimaraner LH, 1x Weimaraner KH, 5x Deutsch Drahthaars )
It was very difficult for everybody because the last 24 hours is was raining very hard and we had a horrible storm. Further more there was a lot of wild (deers & rabbits)
I am so incredible proud of my youngster because he received his
Arthur, my hubby and Kyle were our supporters by today .
So happy and proud!

are the 1st Weimaraner shorthair in history in the Netherlands, who received a qualification in CACT blood tracking / Schweiss Spur C (500m/40-44 hours)
Further more, Kyle is the only SH Weimaraner in the Netherlands who received a CACT and resCACT (and Kyle received it in one season, spring 2013)
This is verified from the results lists and annual summaries of the Orweja , the Commission for hunting dog competitions (As far as I know and could check, feel free to correct/update )
There is only one LH Weimaraner (Mowgli Proudly Presents Chasse) who received also a qualification in 2008 during blood tracking C "speciale" so not during a CACT competition
I am incredible proud about this result because we started end of 2012 with this training and I can say that Kyle and Sam received both 4 qualifications in a row
( Kyle 1x CACT, 1x resCACT, 2x very good & Sam 1x excellent, 3x very good and he was WINNER OF THE DAY during C track)
Now we started to train for other FT specialities and I really hope to realise also great successes

So proud and happy, our handsome boy Kyle will be again father.
